TextuAlive was born from the desire to transpose the rubric “Whoever writes a solo adds a short story” to it from the (Diz) Sonância project. It was a long and desired pregnancy. A long but painless delivery. No request for epidural and felt the second with moments of deep breathing and a strength so necessary for the birth of any project. The trio, made up of Hernâni Faustino (who feels so well and gives life to the double bass), Miguel Mira (who brings the cello with him and lets the strings resonate so much for counting) and Margarida Azevedo (who writes fictional narratives in real time) . The challenge was launched by her. The desire to make (Diz) Sonância the true synergy between sounds and words made him plunge headlong into a bottomless pit of joint possibilities and efforts. The first story was born exactly from a Hernâni solo and it was at that moment that he realized that writing in a trio in full improvisation was the next step. A work of pure improvisation. In which the audience will travel between sounds and letters. Text in improvisation. Improvise sounds, words, directions and stories. If there is a moment when the heart will be in the fingers of all three of us, it will be the moment of exact sharing with the public. The result? There is the promise of originality, creativity and, above all, a journey that will not start with “Once upon a time…”.
